For 15 years, I was a project manager in the wild world of building, dirt moving, and power construction.  Morning meetings weren't about SEO, they were about scheduling bulldozers. My team wasn't Slacking, they were laying bricks. But something shifted. The data whisperer within me awoke, and I knew it was time to trade hard hats for headphones.

So, I embarked on a marathon of learning (pun intended, because marathons are my other jam!). I devoured data analysis courses, befriended coding languages, and even dabbled in the mystical realm of ontological coaching. And guess what? I'm loving it!  Now, I'm on a mission to bridge the gap between the boardroom and the data room, to show business owners and fellow career changers that the world of data is an open road, not a gated community.
